What should you send for a quotation?

Send a DXF or DWG drawing with dimensions in millimetres and specify material, thickness and quantity. Contours should clearly show the part and cutouts. For bending, also attach a dimensioned PDF with angles and bend locations.

How is the price calculated?

The estimate considers material, dimensions, thickness, cut length, pierce count, quantity and selected additional operations. Sheet nesting and production details are confirmed during technical review. The displayed estimate is not a final quotation.

Can I send several different parts?

Yes. Specify the required quantity and material for each item. If a DXF contains several separate plates, check the preview and the meaning of quantity before submitting.

When is the production lead time confirmed?

The lead time is agreed after reviewing documentation, confirming material and accepting the quotation. Selecting options or uploading a drawing does not itself start production.

Laser cutting can be the first step in manufacturing a bent bracket, enclosure or another metal part. For cutting and bending, send the flat-pattern DXF and a drawing of the finished part with angles and dimensions. This connects the cutting contour with the final shape requirements. Include any subsequent welding or machining. A clearly defined request helps us agree the complete work scope, including material, quantity and required checks.
