Instrument type, identification, scale condition and known damage are important. We assist with arranging repeat verification; servicing preparation and statutory verification are separate procedures. A verification outcome cannot be confirmed in advance from photographs or a description alone.

For an initial assessment, attach an instrument photograph, identification and serial number if available. Describe the problem and whether you need servicing, preparation for verification or assistance arranging repeat verification. Previous verification details and close-up photos of damage or the scale are helpful. Cost and lead time depend on instrument type, condition and work required. After reviewing your enquiry, we agree the service scope and handover arrangements.
