TIG repair welding in Zagreb

Donim-Promet provides metal part repair welding, including TIG repairs of aluminium, magnesium and titanium after feasibility assessment. Repairs aim to restore a damaged part for its intended use, with material and damage condition reviewed first. For business customers, we assess cracks, worn surfaces and missing material. Known alloy and operating conditions guide process selection and whether a suitable repair is possible.

Welding aluminium, magnesium and titanium

Different materials require different surface preparation and welding approaches. Alloy grade, contamination, previous repairs and operating loads can affect repair feasibility. We therefore confirm aluminium, magnesium or titanium welding for the specific part. Include any need for dimensional restoration or surface machining after welding. Robotic welding is planned; the current offer is based on reviewed requirements for existing processes.

How do you get a repair welding quotation?

Price depends on material, damage size and location, preparation and subsequent machining. Send photographs of the whole part and damage, with material, dimensions and intended use. A technical drawing helps where a repair must meet a defined shape or tolerance. Photos support initial discussion; uncertain material or damage requires part inspection. The quotation and lead time are agreed once the work scope is established.
